At the Department of Foreign Languages, Translation and Interpretation (DFLTI), we rely on feedback in order to improve as many aspects of the studies as possible and a crucial role in this process is Study Advisors. Part of what they do includes:
- Ensuring that students have access to University services (e.g. Medical service, social welfare service).
- Assisting students in organizing their curriculum based on interests, capabilities and skills.
- Collecting complaints and any kind of issues reported by students and subsequently informing DFLTI’s competent bodies.
- Dealing with issues related to students’ general academic welfare.
