Exams Regulation

The Department of Foreign Languages, Translation and Interpreting (DFLTI) Exams Regulation describes the procedure, obligations and rights of those sitting the Department’s exams. It was revised in May 2019.

Participation in exams

The exam period for the courses taught in each semester follows the completion of that respective semester. For students to participate, they need to have enrolled by the deadline set by DFLTI’s Registrar’s Office.

Assessment methods

The student assessment includes the following:

  • Written exams
  • Oral exams
  • Midterm or semester assignments (individual or group)

Professors choose one or a combination of the above for the exam of their course(s).

For full details, feel free to download the DFLTI Exam Regulations (in Greek).
