Tsifteli Maria: Curriculum VitaeCourses:
Maria Tsifteli is an official translator and member of PEEMPIP since 2018. She mainly works in the field of literary and legal translation. She is fluent in English, German and Albanian and runs her own translation office based in Corfu town.
She is a graduate of the Department of Foreign Languages Translation and Interpreting (2018) and holds a Master’s degree with the title “Translation Science” from the same department (2020). She also holds a PhD from the Department of Foreign Languages Translation and Interpreting (2025) with the title “The Greek translations of Goethe’s Faust”. Her particular research interests concern both the field of translation and teaching.
