Course Details: 

We present the basic concepts of applied Translatology, so as the students to acquire the basis for the translation skills which are required during the course. The students practise in translating texts from English into Greek. The applied aspects of Translation are presented and tested for interaction with the personality of the translator. In particular, we examine the nature and use of documentation tools, as well as the issue of translation criticism.
