Dr. Ioannis Blatsos is a postdoctoral researcher at GeoLab (DFLTI), Ionian University. He has a PhD from the Department of Business Organization and Management of the School of Business Administration of the Athens University of Economics and Business (AUEB). The topic of his PhD thesis is “Asymmetry of Conflict: A Multilevel Approach to Its Impact on Team and Individual Outcomes.” He is also a negotiation consultant in various organizations and businesses. His research interests focus on the field of conflict management and, more specifically, on asymmetric conflicts. He is a member of the Steering Committee of the UNESCO Chair on Threats to Cultural Heritage and Cultural Heritage-Related Activities at the Ionian University and a chief investigator of SDOE, Hellenic Ministry of Economy.
