Research Day at the Ionian University

The Ionian University is organizing Research Day on Tuesday, March 17, 2026, with the aim of promoting and disseminating the research activity that has been carried out or is currently underway at the Institution to the public.

The Ionian University Research Laboratories play a central role in the organization, while at the same time space and voice are given to non-institutionalized research groups that have remarkable research work to show. Particular emphasis is placed on the participation of researchers from departments that do not have established research laboratories, thereby promoting the equal promotion of research across the entire spectrum of the Foundation. The Institutes of PaKEK also participate in Research Day, presenting their contribution to scientific knowledge and innovation.

The event is aimed at students, researchers, members of the academic community, and any interested citizens, offering an open platform for learning about the research produced at the Ionian University and its impact on society.
